No. Everything is on the phone with one big button. If you can send a WhatsApp, you can use this.
Is the invoice legal?
Yes. It comes from your own invoicing software (Morning or iCount), in your name, with your numbering and an allocation number. We only press the button for you.
VAT-exempt?
The system knows by itself and issues a receipt instead of a tax invoice.
Does the customer need an app?
No. They get a WhatsApp link, open it in the browser, read and sign.
What happens after the trial?
Pick a plan or don't. Everything is kept and can be exported. No surprises.
Do I need a business WhatsApp number?
No. Messages to customers go out from the Kablan OS number with your name. You keep using your regular WhatsApp.
Who sees my data?
Only you and your team. The customer sees only their own quote. Delete everything with one tap in settings.
