The service

Kablan OS is a tool for managing quotes, jobs, payments and customer communication, for tradespeople. It is provided “as is” and keeps improving.

Account

You are responsible for your sign-in details and what happens in the account. One user per person.

A 14-day free trial, no card. Then you choose a plan or the account becomes read-only (data kept and exportable).

Payment

The subscription is monthly or yearly (yearly = 10 months paid up front for a 12-month year) and renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the site. On a yearly plan a reminder is sent a week before renewal. Cancelling in one tap from “My plan” stops renewal, and the paid period (month or year) stays active to its end. No refund for a period that started, except as the Consumer Protection Law requires.

Add-ons are charged pro-rata for the remaining days, then monthly.

Invoices and tax documents

Kablan OS is not bookkeeping software. Tax documents are issued by your invoicing software (Morning / iCount) in your name and under your responsibility. We pass on the request; reporting to the authorities is the business's duty.

Fair use

Do not message customers who did not ask for it, do not upload illegal content, do not try to access another business's data. Breach = account closure.

Artificial intelligence

Quotes, translations and automatic replies are drafts. You check before sending. We are not liable for a price or content you approved.

Liability

Our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months. No liability for indirect damage. We are not a party to the deal between you and your customer.

Changes and law

We give 14 days' notice of a material change to these terms. Israeli law applies; jurisdiction: the courts of Israel.
